Purpose

The Richard Ehrlich Family Foundation is a not-for-profit public charity under IRC Section 501(c)(3) based in Malibu, CA. (EIN 95-4338703)

The Richard Ehrlich Family Foundation is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public purposes. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes as specified in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

The primary purposes of this corporation are to support and conduct non-partisan activities that advance humanity including arts & culture, education and scientific research.

To maximize our impact on our efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.

At times, per the discretion of the Board of Directors, we may provide internships or volunteer opportunities which shall provide opportunities for involvement in said activities and programs in order to have a greater impact for change.
